Traveler to Paradise

We had a deep, deep love
So Sweet and so secure,
And I kept falling head over heels ,
To depths where I could to be sure.
Sure that this beauty here was her,
These eyes were door to paradise,
The kisses on lips were the key,
To unlock the door down the aisle.
The shiny golden key I found,
She opened her eyes to let me in,
I cleansed myself at the door,
And left there every little nasty sin.
I lived a life time in a few moments,
On her green and alluring land,
But then the devil reached me out,
To take me back to the land sand.
So she filled my eyes with tears,
Telling they would help me on the way,
Then waved at me so my eyes stay wet,
Saying, "Don't forget me, ok?"
