NEP ;Polished Outside

In January 2015, a group under Former Cabinet Secretary T.S.R Subramanian started the process for National Education Policy(NEP).  More than three decades have passed since

Union Cabinet of India has approved India's new education system on 29, July 2020 replacing a core change in the previous National Policy on Education-1986, with comprehensive framework for elementary education to higher education by vocational training for the growing youth community in both rural and urban India.

A creation of new education policy was contained as a part of completion of BJP manifesto for the 2014 Lok Sabha election..

In January 2015, a group under Former Cabinet Secretary T.S.R Subramanian started the process for National Education Policy(NEP).  More than three decades have passed since previous Policy.  During this period, significant changes happened in our country. Education sector needs to accelerate itself. At this time a new Education Policy is clearly needed.

 Pros and cons of objectives

There are numerous salient features and objectives under the bone of this scheme.

1: Self reliant India

It devises and implements solutions to its own problems that are in harmony with programme and different initiatives if Government of India like Make In India, Skill India, Start-up India. If we look back, we can understand that it promotes entrepreneurship over the jobs.

The current Covid 19 crisis has proved the necessity of such self-reliant society and it also aimed in directing an unemployed youth to find jobs by providing compulsory education for 3-8 aged students and self developed skill-based structure.

Skill education is given importance in school and higher education by providing linguistic modules in primary levels and describing critical lessons in higher part of classes for portrait students to social empowerment.

2: Sustainable development goals

It brings big chances in Early Childhood Care and in their schooling, and it is attaining foundational literacy and is well considered in policy which is packaged with reforms in school curricula.

Another SC, ST and poor societies can turn their way of life and achieve what they dreamed.

It makes significant reforms of Multilingualism which would make benefit for students in focusing on thier educational status.

Under the sustainable development goals talk, equal access to technical and vocational education,  increasing the number of people with relevant skills for financial power and eliminate the discriminative climate from education field, is also bolstering.

These all lead to the shortage of employment lists and change into machinery systems where the syllabus is based on job trainings and vocational activities.

3: Education as economy booster

National Education Policy stresses upon knowledge economy as well as promoting cultural heritage by aspiring more youth members. Higher education, creating a pool of talented and skilled youth who aspire to build the nation and boost national economy, imbibing technology solutions and digitally empowered systems. GDP of 6% to be invested for achieving these educational goals are very important.

4: Internationalisation of higher education

Internationalisation of Higher Education (HE) is added first time to Education Policy of India. It must help India as a knowledge hub, attracting foreign nationals to promote researchments. It will also boost in international business relationship not only in educational fields but also in commercial and others ways.

Especially, it came to importance when recite it with commercial voice. It is observed that the most decided and wanted one is commercial benefits from educational advantages. By strengthening the ties with foreign institutions they can intrude to the industrial achievements that is very essential and usefull in this economical collapse facing our Nation now a days.

5: Digitalized pedagogy and classrooms

As a initiative of digital India it is motive hand. It introduces digital libraries, digital pedagogy and classrooms, online teaching and learning of different languages.

In one hand, it makes more effectiveness in educational field and corresponds  perfectly in the time of youths preparing for 21 century.

In other hand, backward section cannot take it easily and to observe the lessons by their low level world. Comparing them with developed students will clear big difference in all days and this difference will continue for long days. "Haves" in their way with good pleasure "Have not"s in their way with bad condition.

6: New accreditation system

New accreditation system on campus is for granting institutions and universities quality degree. Affiliated system is to be stopped and many students will have stopped their way in half-line of studying courses. Religional studies must be under boundaries. Power groups can spread anything by this way under thier coordination.

The differential minds and ideas of students become same in the time of government activities in producing multiple ways of ideological movements.

The correct form of homogeneity is reflecting in the base of Diversity. Kerala Muslim’s Arabic language, which is written Holly Qura’n and valuable books, must be cleaned from the state. It will turn to "One Country One Syllabus" just like "One Country One Language".

Degree choices based on semester system, clearly in written form, is not working perfectly. It stands only for the comfort of management, teachers and  their choices not for students’ choices. They will use it as a commercial  development systems.

7: Equipping teachers with latest technologies

It is a good work of NEP because the development of teachers and thier skills will benefit for future to train them in digital technologies and to attract best talents. Main other one is via B .Ed. They needed to be educated on the methodology and tools of knowledge.

It is not workable to decide the policies under some intelligents of our Nation and produce it from Capital Delhi as a bypass of our Parliament. It is clearly not incompatible with democracy of India.

This  middle hollowed schemes are not enough more than the last policies. And there is not argument or law saying that these all must come true.

They Retreat from the responsibility of society by good turnings and cuttings, especially, leaving the needs of low castes and their eye drops for wastes by moking the human race.

The journey ahead is full of mysterious and horrifying as  Bharat Janatha Party(BJP) government is leading their past days.

Under this policy acts, bills and others must be rise heads. Discussions, encouragements, deliberations and advocations all are needed in that time because it is giving very important role to the society as a outside polished one.
