Sounds of black boots came to the ear.

Through the lenses of their sniper,

Hundreds of heads started wandering.

They didn’t understand what they were murmuring.

What is the philosophy of terrorism?

A whisper carried by wandering winds,

And still, the big bang in Delhi’s minarets.

Sleepless nights, sightless eyes,

Armless fights, careless plights,

Lightless daylight, darkless midnights,

Hopeless insights, endless twilights.
